Party Administration

  1. The administration of the Party at the National and State levels shall as much as possible be supported, facilitated and strengthened by an organized bureaucracy.
  2. The Administrative structure of the Party at the National and State levels shall as much as possible reflect the following departments or directorates with schedule of duties as are prescribed by the Party.

They are:

  1. Administration
  2. Training, Planning, Research and Statistics
  3. Finance and Supply
  4. Public Relations
  5. Security and Intelligence
  6.  Legal Services and
  7. Works and Transport

      3.  All the departments or directorates shall be under the direct administrative control of the National or State Secretary as the case may be with the general supervision and control of the National Chairman or chairman of the appropriate organ of the Party.
